Neighborhood Villages and Countdown to Kindergarten Boston are partnering to bring you For Parents, By Parents: A Day of Advocacy & Wellness. Join us for this FREE event designed by parents, to provide parents with care, support, and resources. So we're carving out a whole day for exactly that!

When: Saturday, October 17, 9:30am - 4pm

Location: Bruce Bolling Building 2300 Washington St, Roxbury, MA 02119

You can look forward to workshops on:

  • Early Childhood Caregiving: The Basics Principles

  • You Matter Too: Small Ways to Care for Yourself and Your Child

  • Managing Conflict and Communication Barriers

  • Financial Wellness 

  • Advocacy 101

There will also be giveaways, a resource hub, and free lunch provided. Also, in the coming weeks, look out for more information about the panel discussion.
