Who Is This Program For?
Early childhood educators who:
Work in Boston neighborhoods
Are ready to take the next step in their career
Are actively working toward one or more of the following:
Lead Teacher Credential
Director Certification
Bachelor’s Degree
Master’s Degree
Participants will have access to all NV events and opportunities, including:
Professional development workshops
Community events and networking opportunities
Career exploration and leadership pathways
One-on-one college and/or career navigation and personalized guidance,
Support exploring and clarifying your academic and career goals,
Direct connection to Neighborhood Villages events, resources, and partner organizations, and
Help understanding and accessing the next steps toward certifications or college degrees.
You won’t be doing this alone! Neighborhood Villages coaches will support your journey, and provide unique opportunities to get involved with the NV community.
